Rang numerous off times before about my health and the health off my 2 year old son the first time is when I had a kidney infection but was unaware I rang the gp whom I have previously just moved to from my gp that I use to attend in willesden green thought it looked great the service is extremely terrible here! I rang for an appointment was told I would have to wait 4 weeks for the nearest appointment also was told they do not do emergency appointments only over the phone call backs, in this case I ended up in a +e the evening I rang the doctors had to stay in hospital for 3 days due to my kidney infection Monday morning I rang the gp explaining that my 2 year old son was unwell they told me to ring back at 2:30pm for a 2 year old who was floppy and in and out off consciousness the receptionist was extremely unhelpful towards me my son ended up in an ambulance and kept in hospital for 2 days due to being severely dehydrated and had the Rota virus I am now looking for a new doctors as the service here is extremely disgusting
Since the practice merged all areas of service have been terrible. Waiting 3 weeks for an appointment and if you want the doctor to call you back is nearly impossible
Apart from the doctor being great and professional, the receptionists are very rude and nasty, very unhelpful. keep you waiting, no apology.
I have always found the doctors at the surgery to be very good and very helpful.
The problem is the Admin and getting an appointment. It is not easy to make an appointment for a convenient time and the Admin staff can be quite dismissive and rude at times.
I would recommend the doctors any day of the week but as a practice I couldn't recommend it.
It is not easy to get an appointment at a convenient time nor it is easy to arrange just to speak to a doctor.
